I was a bit uncertain of where to move this topic.

Came to the conclution that most wierd phones are not so...

This phone is not 'news' anymore and it's not nearly as big as your picture suggests it will fit in your pocket without problems

Its not a big handset, but wierd layout and feels odd to hold. 7700 is a strange looking device, looks almost the same share as a camera, I think the designers at nokia are on LSD or something!

That is the shittest looking fone i have ever seen.

Its a nice small fone. Ive had a chance to play with one. Im used to small fones but the 7600 is too small for the 2 handed use it needs! Atleast Nokia are making unique fone more.

I definately agree it's strange but the size isn't the problem, it's a rather small phone. I've used it too, the screen is great but I didn't like the button layout

Rumours say there will be an improved 7600 with a video conference camera and an MMC slot

7600i perhaps

Chhht don't tell this to anyone, but the 7600 as nice as it looks (matter of taste, but I like it), is awful to use for [m/s]ms'ing. Not only are the keys wrongly placed (and I can't get used to that), but they are really tough to press. Well not user friendly at all.
But you can use it one-handed (if you're right handed and hold it in your right hand -due to its shape)

But again, it looks really nice, and it's small (smallest among all 3G and dual-mode GSM/WCDMA phone I believe) and has a nice set of features (though GSM 1900 wouldnt hurt).

Crackheads impersonating phones designers

is that ralf schumacher holding the phone?

the fact that its extremely hard to use with 1 hand lets it down.... so does the enormous price tag...its a joke!
You're better off getting a P900 or something.

Yes.

Your'e not necessarily better off getting a P900. The 7600 is smaller, has faster connectivity (3G), a less boring design and a very good camera if only VGA resolution. Also comes with IR, BT, speakerphone, MP3 player and video recorder. If you're satisfied with those features or even less (like most users are) there's no point in paying 250 - 300 euros more to get a P900 (which also requires two hands in PDA mode..)

lol I can use an N-Gage with one hand, I'm sure it's possible with the 7600

I've tried it, it's easy after you get used to it (like on most phones lol)

The Colette Limited Edition (1000 phones) looks pretty good..

Integrated MP3/AAC player

Pre-installed Java game

Size comparison (early 90's 16XX, 8210, 6100, 7600)
