mms not working on orange

hope someone can help me out. my mms is not working it had been fine until about 3 weeks ago then if i try to send or recieve a picture i get communication error. i have phoned orange and they dont have a clue. has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know how to fix it. thanx for any help i have a t610
