I'm not sure I'm doing this right. I obviously got some sort of account because I'm posting this. But when I use my phone to try and download a logo, everytime I press login it just comes up with the same screen again.. Is there somewhere else to register...

You dont need to login to download free logo's.

To be able to upload personal, password protected logos, you must register again in the logo section. You can do that here: http://www.esato.com/logos/colour/users/

When using Esato I cannot save backgrounds on my R520 or T68i, there seems to be no option to Save although it says press Yes to Save this does not work. Site works fine on my T68. Anyone else run into this problem? Solution?

With T68i, when you have the full image on screen, press the options key and select "save image".

I tried your suggestion and it does not work. Once I get to the image and hit the option key I have four choices - Esato Logo, Back, Esato Home, and Help. Esato Logo takes me to a list of phone models which does not lead to a download. The only link on the image page is for Back.

Nevermind... figured out T68i, must have just missed it because it's slightly different from the T68m. Thanks for the help. Now I'll have to see if the same thing applies to the R520.

On my T68 with orange, using orange wap or gprs settings I cant download any backgrounds. BUT using ericsson wap settings it works.
I won't pretend to know why , but I think it has something to do with the limited amount of data that orange will allow to download through wap, whereas the ericsson settings allow more data to pass.

How do you change from Orange WAP settings to Ericsson WAP settings. Also, does this mean you don't use free WAP minutes, and so have to pay?

I got the settings from the se website, http://wap.sonyericsson.com/
From here click on settings, select your phones and select wap configurator. Then they will send the settings to your phone. Then in your phone select wap services then Select profile.
Hope this helps, I'm not sure about the free mins , it is a local rate number so it should be.

orange gprs gateway only 1.5K in FAQ it is stated that u need 3k.
orange will increase when they recieve enoufg complaints/requests.
so orangers do it

Still can't figure out how to get an image downloaded to my R520. Pressing Yes does not work and there is no option to save in the menu.
