Saw this bluetooth headset, what was it?

I was at LAX airport and saw this guy sporting a BT headset that was absolutely tiny.

It had no "behind the ear" support, because it fell out of his ear in front of me, but it was so small I couldn't see what it was.

It wasn't a bluespoon, that much I know.

Shaped like a bluetrek (but much smaller), was held in by an in the ear type speaker.

Anyone have any ideas?
