T68i +laptop pairing deleted after reboot ???

I am using a T68i and Dell Inspiron 500m to connect to the internet via Bluetooth/GPRS. Everything works fine until I reboot the PC. When the laptop connects to the phone for the first time after the reboot the "laptop" pairing is deleted from the phone ??

I am using a T68i and a Dell Latitude D600 and am having exactly the same problem, will make another post if I find an answer.
