Transforming a PDUimage (3sms) into a readable bmp file

I'm doing a soft in php to read sms, put them in a db, etc... saved thru PDUspy... some of the messages can contain image (ota, wbmp), but how can i translate them into smtin readable by a pc (with js, vbs or else) ??? does anyone knows? thx
