American gprs service wanted...(regional AMericas)

Hey everyone,
Im using a prepaid phone, the Sony Ericsson T226 for Cingular. There is no GPRS and i cant send or recieve pictures or download ringtones. Does anyone know how i can get GPRS service? I live in California, the US. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

call cingular and add gprs to your account (if possible since you are using prepaid i don't think they do that), or switch carriers to t-mobile and get t-zones.

How much is it to switch to T-Mobile? I think that my phone is locked with cingular though. Reply back
