grps and wap set up on t310 for smart

how can i set my wap and gprs? i have an ericsson t310 phone. everytime i connect to internet, an error message "The client is not allowed to access the object selected". and when i am trying to view my multimedia messages, an error messages; "Network or communication error. please check your settings and try again"; "GPRS parameters not supported". please help me. Thank you

have you installed the required settings on your phone? to install text the following to 211:

SET GPRS ET310

SET MMS ET310

once installed, activate the service by texting the following to 333:

GPRS ON

MMS ON

if that doesn't work, then call the customer service center.

go to your nearest smart wireless center, they will configure your phone to use GPRS and MMS. =)
