I've got my email forwarding to an O2 email account now so I can pick it up, and it all works fine, except for one thing. When i have an email on my phone, how can i delete it JUST FROM MY PHONE? My only option seems to be to "mark for deletion" which (i think im right in saying) removes the message completing from the server on next email send. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Only way i know is to create another dummy account, change over to that and send recieve. Then when you change back, your other inbox will be empty.

Obviously they will show up next time you check your mail though.

Yes, you are right. If you delete the e-mails listed on your phone, the e-mails in the mail server will also be deleted on your next send command. As far as I know, there is no option (yet) to delete the listing on the phone without deleting the ones in the server.

I suggest that you first make sure that you have a copy of your important e-mails on your PC before deleting them on your phone.

Messages in your inbox are actually messages on the server. You can delete messages from your phone only if they are in your archive folder.

hey people
just did master reset. wont work i believe. still got my tmobile shit on it. did a 13 sec trick a normal master trick a 30 sec trick. nothing works. but i know how you can delete the email thats stays in the inbox of your email. its very easy. you dont have to make an account or something like that to get rid of the email dat says ready for deleting or someting :$ the solution: go to messeges --> scroll down to "wap push" and then select delete inbox.
thats it. i hope it works on you all to!
