Anyone got an ipaq GSM/GPRS wireless pack working with Cingular???

Hi

I have just obtained an iPAQ GSM/GPRS wireless pack and have dutifully followed the instructions but cannot get a connection.

I can access the web via GPRS on my Nokia 6800 so my service profile is ok but when I follow the instructions in the manual all I get is a message saying 'The answering modem has disconnected'.

Can anyone confirm the steps involved and the correct username/password/domain??
