Then he might answer this question. When my Car-100 gets out of range or dies because of low battery, when I then connect it to the charger (P800) nothing happens. I have to take the cover off and then gently pull ou the little plug for complete reset. However the reset dose not happen but it then works fine with the charging. It's very irritating! And what is the latest firmware for the car?

if you read the pdf file with the instructions from the site (towards the end), it will explain what to do in this instance, and there is additional information in the help/about portion of the application menu.
