as above, the other day, and now having trouble with the main keys around the jog dial. number keys are fine, but the keys around and including the jog dial work only when i press hard on the bottom of the screen, but that then activates the camera, which then takes a picture!
I got this phone from a local shop, not from a mobile shop, what is the warranty like on sony ericsson, will I be able to just swop it?
is it possible to remove the cover and look inside? I have searched for the last hour on this site, but not found one picture on how to change or take off the cover!

If u bought it as new and have the receipt,an invoice,just go to any SE service,anywhere. Or at a dealer cuz they know SE service. It is obvious that u cant fix it,thats smtng wrong with it.

Just like what 701 says, take it to the nearest
service center/point and have them take a look at it. You can take it to your local phone shop/dealer, but it will take a longer turn-around time because they have to ship it to for servicing.
