If it's Code Calculator for DCT-4 (by CyberDog and HolowMan), YES, it works.
I've used it successfully several times...to unlock my friends's Nokia, 'cos didn't/don't/won't have any Nokia.

Just put the IMEI and the Carrier in the appropriate fields and click calculate (notice that 3650 and 7650 are type 5 phones).
Then just put the 1st code of the list (usually works for me).
