Covers on z600, where are they available

I've read on the forum that the covers for Z600 is available in some countries while they are not others (like here in Sweden what I have seen).

Does anybody know which countries they can be found and where I can order them to me?

Would like to know as my countrie is very slow and I think I will never see some covers like with the T300, never saw once.
