Hi,
Does SE thinking about giving t68 users mophun, java and t300,t310 users java with an firmware upgrade?...
is it impossible for the hardware or is it a marketing strategy of SE not to give these options in these phones?...
Thanks

I think it will cost something

Its not going un happen. It will cost SE too much money un do this.

The T68i is pretty old now, why they should upgrade it when it has only 1mb of memory, it will be pretty useless.

...and there has been a petition for java on the t68i for a very long time with thousands of signatures but noth happened (or ever will)

If you ever wanted java on your T68i look here

btw. please change the title of the thread as this is most definitly not a FAQ

i have t310 and SE added synch.. and a claendar menu with the latest firmware (r3b) Adding java is as hard as adding synch with a firmware update?

And me! @jim,SE would be adding another 3mb of memory with it tho would'nt they! Ha ha,i wondered why i kept my t68i,now i know ;-)

lol yeah and a MSD slot also

Java/Mophun will never happen on the T68i. The T68i is a discontinued phone there will most likely not be any new software updates for this phone.

@ mass, i rememeber that thread ,

i want Java on the T68i but i doubt it'll ever happen as previously mentioned the T68i only has 1MB of memory which is already running out for me.

but as the T610 is dropping price then i may get that instead, but i love the looks of the T68i though.

Do it for him, maybe he can't or maybe he just don't want to. Either way I agree that the title should be changed.
