Problem t616 theme!

hi i am having problems with my t616 and themes. i am able to send the themes to my phone but i get a message saying that it cannot open the file and delete it.

however i was told to get theme creator pro and so i did. i was told to check to see if things were the right size in the theme but i dont know how to do that in theme creator pro.

if anyone can help me or if they have any better ideas please let me know. thank you!
