I got this problem when something stuck in the Wap-service button (You find it on the right side on!)
I figured out that when this button is down, none of the navigate buttons work, joystick, more, C...
Have anyone else got this problem?

It's exactly the same on mine, though I wouldn't go as far as to call it a problem
