t68 and mobile internet in FL, USA

Hi,
I´m going to Florida (mostly south floida and miami area) frequently and need a solution to use wireless internet on my T68, IPAQ3870 and notebook.

Here are some questions :
1. what wireless provider is supporting the T68, is supporting wireless internet and has the best coverage / reliability (voicestream, att&t, verizon ?)
2. what datamode do they support (gprs,csd)
3. do I need special subscriptions to use csd and/or gprs (if yes, are they availabe with prepaid cards ?)

What network provider has the best coverage (East Coast) for normal phone calls (regardless the data cabability) ? I found that they are using several different "modes" (cdma, cdma pcs,tdma,gsm and analog)
