hi ppl,
i have a t610 with o2, i downloaded the settings from se configuaators and yet it still doesnt work, it goes up 2 finding sever then says sever not found, wud b grateful in ny1 know how 2 fix this prob,

use the server ip address or search this forum on how to access o2 mail settings.

to obtain ip address start command prompt and type 'ping popserver name.com' ...this will return an ip address eg.123.12.231.123

type number for both your incoming and check the respective ip address for outgoing server.

Hi,

I have the same problem, it won't find the server in POP3 email when I am connected to GPRS OK and the WAP browser also connects ok, but no POP3 - server not found.

I have the data account IP with nothing in there and have tried lots of DNS settings includeing my own POP3 server's IP address,also 193.113.200.200 and 193.113.200.201.

I have also tried several pop3 accounts and all the same - no server found when all the pop3 settings are correct and I am connected by GPRS.
