About Z1010 is easy to tell from the specs because it is OFFICIALLY announced. About the T650 it is just a RUMOUR....so we can't say anything about that for the moment.
JUST WAIT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS.......

All i know so far is that Z1010 will be 3G/UMTS. T650 will only be in gsm. with z1010 you can se the one you are talking with, like you are talking to someone trugh a webcam, and that is impossible with a gsm phone.

Of course you can only video phone if the other person has a compatible 3G phone as well...... if I call my dad on his 5 yr old Trium from my new spanking Z1010.... I won't see him
other than that, the T650 is not a reality yet (altho it might be in 6 months I suppose)
The z1010 will be out in januaru and is 3G, so is supposed to have a lot more functions than just regular GSM.
At the same time, most 3G networks are 'works in progress' so I myself am not yet convinced you'll be able to use the phone to it's full capabilities all the time.

The Z1010 will also work as a 2.5g fone with gprs.
