The guys at Nextlink are awesome... My bluespoon digital stopped working a few weeks ago and they told me to send it in. They sent me a new one within a few days.
Hats off to kicka$$ companies like Nextlink that own up like that...

Good job, Nextlink, keep up the good work. That'll continue to get you loyal customers like me...

I have the Bluespoon Digital... better sound quality than the analog versions. I just wish it came in a color scheme that doesn't make people give me the star-trek salute when they see me wearing it
I'm thinking of attacking it with a sharpie or spray paint...

I'm happy to hear that they responded swiftly to your problems. My Bluespoon Digital and I amiled them a week ago but no reply yet
Has anyone been in contact with them lately?

EDIT: Just after I posted this they called me and told me to send them the Bluespoon. They apparently didnt receive my first email.

I must agree with arpad. Very good and fast repairing of my broken Bluespoon. After they phoned me I sent them the bluespoon and got it back in ten days.
