for sale: 1 red r310 whose service warranty ends on november 30th and a defective yellow r310 with no signal and battery but still working. i'll throw in the chatboard and its rubber holder (without the compass -- broken) as well. packaging intact

you said it. its defective. what will i do with it? make the antenna a tongue depressor? and it has a chatboard & that case included in the package w/c i know would make the R310 cheaper if you would only buy the working unit only.

Plus may service warranty ang working unit. so that means nabuksan na.

the service warranty refers to the unit the current one replaced. the original unit was a green one till it suffered problems. i badgered ericsson into replacing it and they did replaced it with a new one...the red one. so this hasn't been "opened" yet.

when SESS replaced my unit, initially, they replaced it with a globe locked phone (i'm using smart on this one) so they opened it up and replaced it with something that's open. so yes, it's been opened but not for servicing. i have the papers to show for it.
