If you have an internet account with an isp you have use your email settings from them to get your email.

ofteh you have to write the hole email adress into the username bokse..

I'm sickend tired of setting up my email configuration for
phones (I've done it at least 3 times each for the T68, T68i, P800, and now the T610, oh and a TungstenT).
I coul help you if I got your email settings but until then it's kinda hard.

Have you tried reading through this? It's very generic, but might be of some help.
Wrong username/password message can only mean one thing - you have entered either a wrong username or a wrong password.

what email account are you even trying to use?
and if you want a detailed answer it would be helpful to post as much info and descriptions as you possible can...
and yeah it's better to remane the thread (by editing the 1st pst) so it's a little easier to track down

hey, how do i get a "underscore" _ when i am typing my login id for pop mail in T610 ? The text menu then displays abc... and 123 but i dont see _ !!!
