Prepaid GSM sim / with Internet Roaming

Hi,

Anyone knows a good prepaid GSM service which offers romaing and the ability to use Internet services while roaming (speacially Internet through either CSD or GPRS, not necesarily WAP).

im currently roaming in california with pay as u go genie sim,the gprs is still free when u pick up at&t network..AND 1text costs 49p BUT u can send all u like as mms for only 36p a message
