First 'T650' is the codename for the successor of T610 (T630 is just a face lifted version of T610 to maintain sale performances until 2Q2004)
The main competitor of 'T650' will be Siemens 'S65' and not the Nokia 6230 as people like to say.
SE and Siemens are going to launch their two high-tech baby on 2Q2004. Both phones will have TFT screen with a higher resolution than today (176x220 pixel for the 'T650' - same as Z1010) and the number of color will be close of 260K
The common features of these two upcoming phones are:
- Bar form factor (not clamshell, not sliding keyboard)
- High res screen
- Integrated camera (XGA)
- Memory card support
- Video recording and music player (MP3)
- Video messaging (MMS)
- Enhanced multimedia features with PC suite
- Enhanced PIM features
- EDGE support
Real sale price will be close to 400-450Euro in Europe. Siemens phone should be on sale 1-2 months before the SE 'T650'.
Note: The Siemens ST60 will not compete with 'S65' or 'T650'. ST60 is just an upgraded verion of ST55 (300Euro).

HaHa,I have T610 not for make picture,it is for me only like bonus,I use snap pictures early 3 weeks and after I buy 2Mpx OlympusC150 I don't never use T610 for make foto,because have poor quality and low resolution.And how much new fone for Europe(I live in Slovak)will be come with quality CCD chip,not only shit CMOS+higher resolution.Sorry 4 my English...lol

Ho says that CMOS is bad? That's not true as far as I know. It's just another tecknolegy. CMOS is cheaper and therfore is often found in fones.

How valid is the info ot the T650?
Anyway it is not worth comparing Nokia and SE. This debate is being going on and on. They are completely different manufactures. SE is more prestigious, and Nokia a more common manufacture, but the best in marketing and technology.
For me I don't care is SE sells less phones than Nokia. Actually I like it because I don't want to have a phone that everybody around me have.
