Can't send mms but can receive...? help.

Hi,

I can't seem to send any mms out but yet i can receive them.
I'm on vodaphone by singlepoint (if there's a diff).
When i try to send, i get the message "Unable to process request"

I've configures my settings properly from SonyEricsson website.

can anyone help? cheers.

The settings should be the same on Vodafone, even if you are billed by SinglePoint. You will have to call SinglePoint for technical support (however).

Your problem sounds like a billing issue. If you can receive then you can assume that your phone is correctly set up for both GPRS and MMS.

You may want to check with SinglePoint regarding your account which may not be properly configured to use MMS (at worse case they may have to reset your tariff if they cannot modify it).

Hope this works, I have made enquiries on similiar problems before with SinglePoint and changing tariffs (because the existing tariff was no longer offered) fixed the problem.
