Ndis & Ntkern VXD - Esato archive

hey

i tried to install my IR MA 600 through the com 1 port and using the win drivers ect. i installed the actual IR device but on the system propeties i see an exclamation mark under the MA 600 network adapter and an error in NDIS.vxd and NTkern.vxd and a problem from not being able to load from them. i used the right drivers off the cd (win98) and also after it tells me to reboot after installation because of the error it stops my modem from dialing up.

any ideas???
