ok i know this topic has been covered a million times over but after doing a search i am more confused.....
right now i am in total shock. after months of taking care of my p800 some nutter comes speedin down the road as i get out of me sis's car. i slam the door shut dodging him ... and my p800 gets wedged right between the door. the screen is cracked and all the pixels are faded...
luckly for me ive got orange insurance.... but im confused...ive never made a claim in my life so im not too sure what my next steps are...
can i claim a cracked screen on my insurance and how the hell do i go about it? any chance of me gettin a p900
either....
dont be harsh, im hurting here big time. just give me the info i need....
im off to read the small print on my insurance....

With regards to the orange insurance, you can claim for accidental damage. As for orange the only way your going to get a p out of them is a bag of frozen garden peas from tescos
