Hi. I recently bought a T300, and am unable to sychronise it with my PC using XTNDConnect.
It comes up with a message saying "Unable to communicate to phone. Verify that the phone is connected to the PC.", and I know that there isn't a problem with the cable, PC or software because it works fine with my T610, and I know it can connect to the T300 because Phone Monitor can synchronise the time no problem. The only thing I can think that might cause this problem is that the T300 is imported from the US, while everything else is from the UK, but I think that's unlikely.
I did try searching for an answer to this but to no avail, so any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the link, I tried all that but it's still not working.
I know it's not the phone now because I've bought another T300, and I have the same problem with that.
I've noticed that the SE Image Editor will download pictures to the phone no problem. Is it going to be something stupid like because I've already set up XTNDConnect with my T610 it won't work with another phone?

I never got XTND-Connect to work with my T300 - I guess it's not compatible :-(

I'm sorry to say, it isn't compatible and never will be.
The T310, with the latest software version is however compatible with XTND syncing.
