Help! -- T610 sync with Belkin (F8T003) BT Dongle

The subject line pretty much says it all. I have a T610 and a Belkin BT donlge. Only problem is that I havent got a clue how to configure the sync between my phone and Outlook. I have searched the forum and found some info which I think can help me but I'm not sure. Can someone please lay it out for me in laymans term...i.e. install this first, then this, then click here, then click there etc...etc...

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
