help about use Widcomm software

i brought the 3Com bluetooth adapter, i can use the Bluetooth Connection Manager from 3Com to send file to my T610, but when i try to install the Widcomm, it's seen like the software didn't find my T610, the little bluetooth icon on Taskbar said Bluetooth not found, can anyone help me with this, i'm new to the Bluetooth kind, thanks.
