Isn’t PcController compatible with Microsoft USB-dongel?

Hi there! I have got a Microsoft USB-dongel and a SE-T610 witch I want to control my Pc with. I really can’t figure out How to do this... As far as I understand it isn’t possible to do this with Pc-controller or Jeyo Remote, is it??? I have downloaded both this two programs but I can’t get any of them to work. Are these two programs compatible with com-ports only? What should I do to solve this problem?
