From this article, Eldar stated that in the end of March Sony Ericsson will begin shipments of T630, which will integrate several new functions, a larger memory pool, 1-Megapixel camera and have the same housing as T610 (may be it will be a little bit thicker). That would be amazing !

ah yes. i was bout to comment on this. now is eldar pulling our leg or not. den again. considering his mostly ultimately fascinatingly accurate rumours, i figure its true. his prediction of the Z600 and Z200 and T610 are correct so far, arent they? lets wait and see.

That woud not be the first one there already exists an se 505 model for asian market with integrated 2mpix cam but as i remember its an imode device .

SO505i is 1.3 mega pixel camera phone produced by SE........and only for Japan..............it would be great if this T630 bring mega pixel phone to GSM market by March next year..........we aren't that far behind Japan at all.........hehe !

Eldar's info is pretty accurate(like the Z600, Z200).......T620 should be announced on 26 Oct and I really do believe that T630 should have 1 megapixel camera and large memory.............we shall see !!

So alot of people wrote (including me) something like: this is a stupid thread, why malinda do you post such things?!? and then you would say: WHY DO PEOPLE SHORT ME?!?!!?!?!!!?! I WNAT MY MOM!!!!!!!!
but in this case someone actually wrote something that alot of esato users didn't know
Plus you're always saying that the t620 is a great phone and so on and that you want it, but when it will come out you will start saying oh no this phone is crap.... And you won't even have it.....
Plus you always want info on non released phones such as p200, t630, t620, t330.... You know not alot of people have them.....

I've sid it before and I'll say it again. What do you really want a megapixel camera in your phone for when its going to cost the earth to email such pics or MMS them (assuming you can connect to MMS servers that allow such sizes to be sent).
The only real use I can see for megapixel camera in phones is to transfer the pics to your pc.

i suppose its more of a statement thing mass, for example people will say "look i have a phone thats as good as your digi cam!" i don't ever use the camera in my phone as i've got a digi cam myself so it really doesn't bother me that much at all
