You go to a Sony Ericsson service centre. Some are listed in Esato in threads like this one
helps to know where you are in UK too!
How much depends if you can show proof it is within the 1 year warranty or not

the phones secondhand from eBay I bought it for work cos I don't wanna take my Siemens S55 there etccc
The phone will not have proof so I will need to find a Place that will upgrade it for me, I also plan to change the housing eventually too cos the T68 housing don't look so good Lmao!
Ps. Got any ideas how much Car Phone Warehouse would charge for upgrades?

CPW charge £30 for software upgrades... they'll probably charge you aswell cos its an original 68m

Why upgrade? Do you know what firmware it's running?
My gold T68m was (an upgraded one) bought from CPW and had R5D007 on it, which was just fine. CPW upgraded it to R6Axxx to fix a problem (which eventually turned out to be SIM-card related).
Quite a few people have reported that R8axxx is not so hot...
If the phone has R5 or R6, just leave it as it is, the improvements will NOT be worth it (or £30).

on the latest software you get about 12 games
i think 5 of em being card games
i wouldnt know what games the s55 has, so i couldnt compare
t68i games are okay.. but nothing to write home about

Oh Right I guess S55 is betta for the games then hahaa S55's standard games r kak n can be deleted there on the sw disc if u want emm bak etc, downloadable games r brill on it have u played Caveman or Goldminer?
