XTND connection problem - Esato archive

how come when trying to sync xtnd with my t68i it stops stops at at this part: " Reading status information" "slow sink mode"
then my phone reboots
and then it says can't connect to phone.

i have found a solution on my t610,
but, as far as it is the same sync software,

maybe you like to give that a try.
