Hi everybody,
I have a
t610.I want to use my wap but everytime I use that then will come the following word in my display 'GPRS FAILED'.
It will be something stupid but can somebody help me please

Ask your operator if they can send you a GPRS profile. Then your internet should work.

And ask them to check that your SIM and number are enabled for GPRS.

After checking both procedures as suggested by anti_christ666 and Cophia, make sure that you have a GPRS signal whenever you try to access the service. You know ...... that little triangle looking thing above your signal strength indicator. That is the GPRS signal.
