Difference between Asia and Euro specs

Does anyone knows wats the difference between Asia and Euro specs mobile ?

Specs-wise, there really isn't an "Asian" model coz like in the Philippines, what we officially have here is the "standard" model. Not the model with chinese-character support (those models are for usually for China, HK or SG).

Other than that, the language-pack makes the difference.
