T610 English menu translation

I bought the phone to access a specific site, and in fact I can login, but I'm not able to go much further, due to a message by the provider (Vodafone) "page is unavailable, try another connection". The site people tells me to check the time-out settings. I don't know much about it, and worst, my phone was bought locally, the menus are not in English, so I can't get help without knowing what I'm talking about.
Please, could someone edit his T610 Data Account menu, Advanced, Service Quality, then give me the English names for the 5 options available (the last two should be Max. speed, Medium speed).
