You're not on your own, same for me and yesterday. Apparently they have a pricing plan ready for pay and go gprs next month. It may be something to do with that. No more free gprs :-[

I'm on a contract phone and mine aint working either
Posted by marknicholls
do we know what the pricing plans are yet?
Posted by o44wen
i think Jalu said a few months back that the pricing plan was as follows,
2p for the first viewed page and then 1p per page after that
Thats for PAYG customers

we've been having some problems with gprs this week, should be sorted soon.

@SCORPIONKING1982
are you the new guy for inside o2 info now that Jalu seems to have dissapeared from the forum?
Posted by BOSSHOGG
The guy who phoned them told me it was gonna be a fiver per MB on GPRS pay and go. I don't know if that's reasonable or not, but I like the sound of a penny a page. How would they charge for emails that way, and what if that page had 5 pictures on it???

Would you know anyone in the sales department? I ordered a t610 last monday from the website but never got a confirmation email yet and i mailed them about it last week but still no replies. I do not really wanna call the 50p hotline cause it would cost a fortune.
PS the GPRS is working again !!!

@o44wen, call the top up line and go to enter top up number. You can either enter 3 wrong top ups or just wait and it'll say press 1 to speak to an operator, won't cost a penny

@BOSSHOGG
I tried that and the bloke told me that he didn't have the access on his system to tell me anything.
I also called the freephone prder line and they said the same
Thanks for the reply anyway

Fly bar stewards. They must have stopped it now and made up a standar excuse for penny pinchers.

@o44wen
afraid not mate, all the customer services departments are up north and im based down south. i know its expensive but the only way to really sort issues out is to ring them up. you could always ask them to call you straight back when u get through?
