Orange payg - T610 - gprs help!

I can't figure out how to connect to the 'net or send e-mail!
I have followed the Orange booklet, Ericsson's UK website, and the Orange UK website but nothing helps. I even used the WAP config program but don't receive anything from SE.

All I get are "GPRS Parameters Not Supported" messages when I try and connect, unless I specify "Orange MMS" as the WAP Profile -- but then after it tries to connect it says the network service is not available contact your administrator!

The phone came with data accounts set-up and ready to go - so what's wrong? Surely this should be a breeze...

Does anyone else have a T610 Orange PAYG who would be able to give me their *detailed* settings to I can duplicate those on my phone. Surely that should work!

Most often, GPRS parameters not supported means your carriage (orange in this case) has not enabled the internet GPRS on your account with them, even though it is setup in the phone already, and although GPRS wap may well already work.

check it out with orange.
