Had trouble yesterday and this morning with Vodafone GPRS - phoned tech support and was told that they were having big problems with their GPRS network, and that they were looking into it.
Shame really - my train to work was delayed by 1hr this morning due to cows on the track; quick as a flash, my P800 snapped a couple of picces of country-bumpkin farmers talking to the cows in their native toungue, trying to convince them to go to the slaughter, or be milked or something, and I penned an email to my boss....sadly, GPRS failed....
(I once spoke to a guy travelling on my route, London-Wales, whose intercity hit a cow at 125Mph....messy, and caused a 4hr delay - took a week to clear up all the burgers and mince! LOL)

lol! interesting story... not sure I would believe cows on the track if I was your boss!
btw. you should configure your dial up ISP (if you have one) into your P800 to give you redundancy in cases like this when GPRS is not available.

@masseur
You're right - immediately after realising my 'GPRS isolation', I started to configure the GSM data account - and when I get the photo off the phone, I'll post it up here - a first for Esato I'm sure!
Which reminds me, I need to add the Voda number now....back in a mo'...

@masseur - have the picture (of more correctly, cows alongside the track, since only the driver gets to see what mess we're heading into next). Tad dissappointed with the quality of the camera, even on highest quality with some of the settings suppoosedly 'optimized' - "Cow-Photo On/Off" set to on.
I don't currently have an active www site to host the file though....
Steven.
