I am using HBH-60 with my T610. But sometimes when my phone rings, my HBH-60 doesn't ring at all even I wait for more than 7 seconds. So I have to simply answer call from the phone and transfer sound to my headset.
Anyone using T610 and bluetooth headset and finds sometimes the headset doesn't pick up calls?? Any solutions??

Yes!!
Also my T610 tends to drop the BT connection halfway through a conversation.
This never happened with my T68i

My HBH-60 did not lose connection during calls anymore after I re-pair my headset again ! But my headset still would not pick up calls sometimes.........anyone knows why and any solutions ? Thanks !

my HBH-10 (what a classic!

yup mine too..
but i was using the hbh 35 initially and have not upgraded the software on the t610. They worked perfectly 100% of the time just like my previous t68 and hbh 30.
But since I've returned my hbh 35, i cant trace if the problem is due to the hbh 60 or the software upgrade.

I'm having the exact same problems with my T610 and HBH-60
I noticed, that when de headset picks up a call succesfully, often the next time a call comes in, it won't pick it up.
Also the there is a considerable delay when using the headset to pick up incoming and I get audio halfway through a sentence from the other party.
Getting my phone flashed later this week, hoping that this will resolve some of these issues (having R1A081 at the moment)

I was wondering whether R3C firmware would solve this problem.........I still have R1L and probably will get my T610 flash to R3C later !

I too have this problem. Sometimes my
T610 rings but the
HBH60 will not. I find if this happens I have to push the headset button once to connect to the phone, the headset will then ring. Once it is ringing push the button again to answer the call. Trouble is by the time I've done all that the caller has either hung up or been diverted to voice mail.
I never used to have this trouble with my
T68i. I think Sony/Ericsson should address this problem as a lot of people are having trouble with the bluetooth on the T610. A shame as the phone itself is superb.

So anyone whose T610 is with R3C firmware, does this BT connection problem still exists or its been solved ?? Thanks !

I'm using R1L so can't help there. The R1L was an inprovement over the original firmware though. Hopefully the R3C will improve it again. I can live in hope !!

Ive just upgraded to R3C and still the same problem, I have T610 & HBH 35 the first few calls in the day it works no problem but then when it stops picking up the incoming calls i switch it off and on again and it will work for a few more calls, out going calls no problem works, every time. i called SE and they told me that headset need a firmware upgrade but iŽll have to wait to i go back to the UK for that as there is no SE service points in Tenerife

sorry you guys ! i know that all of you are using t610 but i did have this problem with my t68i all i did was repair my headset , reset my profiles and voila

My headset is brandnew, so i hope no repairs are in order (takes too much time).
also, I don't think I have to set profiles on my t610 in order to use the BT headset

I haven't set my profiles to accept the bluetooth headset as I can't find any where to do this. Headset accepts calls 70% of the time. I think the
T610 has a serious bluetooth problem. Shame Posted by escrimador
well got my phone upgraded to R3C002 but had the same "pick-up" problems today as before
also, I get an increasing number of complaints that the other party cannot hear clearly when I talk, allthougjh I can hear them fine.
I'm thinking it wasn't a good idea to buy the HBH-60 after all.

Got the same problem with the t610 an an Acer BT-HS1 bt-headset.
Seems as if the t610 was the problem.

I'm facing the same problem too. Took my HBH 60 to SE sevice center and they replace it with a brand new HBH 65. It doesn't solve the problem. I'm using the latest firmware R3C004 but the problem is still there.
Other problem I face :
i) sometimes the headset does not pick up a call even after manually pressing the "answering button" on the headset.
ii) Voicedial don't work for some of the contact assigned to them. When I do a certain voicedial which was assigned to a certain contact, the headset acknowledge the command but it will not dial. It work with some of the contact but not all.
Anybody have any solutions? Thanks.

It seems from the amount of problems on this forum that SE make good phones but shit headsets. You hear much less complaints from people who use other brands like plantronics, jabra etc.I have a Jabra and its never missed a call.

i've never had such problems......
the reason i believe is due to the need to better comprehend the phone and the
the hbh60 when paired with the six ten will maintain an active bt connection until a certain time....after that, the active connection is terminated...this is done so intentionally to conserve battery on both the phone and the headset....when a call is received, the headset may take awhile to respond...this process can be quicken up by pressing the accept/reject button...the call will then be automatically transfered to the headset....
when a call is received on the phone, pressing the accept button on the phone automatically transfers the sound to the phone unless an active connection is still maintained b/w the headset and the phone.....fyi, i haf r3c firmware on my tee six ten.....
hope that clarifies it a bit....i tot it was a problem too initially
