GPRS Proximus always down? (belgium)

Hi, I keep trying to get my T300 to connect using Mobile Internet Proximus but it always says "wrong APN". I think it's properly configured. I called support and they told me that their server has been down for several days and that the only thing I can do is wait. Several days?! Was the guy kidding me or can't you all get connected using proxi gprs either?
