Where could I get a Voicestream Sim Card??...Brand new, Unactivated one?

You could get one from a T-Mobile dealer. I don't think you have to a buy a phone to get service with it. I have been quoted ~$20 to exchange cards. Though, the last Voicestream phone I bought was a Nokia 6190 a couple of years ago. I have been getting used phones for replacement ever since.
