phone book and text message manager problem

whenever i am synch my t68i with this porgramm although getting the message phone book and sim synch ok ,i still do not have any enters in the software.
why?

This program is working fine until you change your phone, or
until you change SIM card (other operator) or so. I tried to solve
it but no chance. I think that only uninstall / install would help, but
it is hard to do because you cannot uninstall/install only that program.
It is part of whole pack. After I changed my phone (T68 --> T610)
all SW works fine except that phonebook. Float's Mobile Agent is not
SW for T610 and has mistakes, so how to synchronize phonebook?
That's the question!
