Since a while i try to create a wap site, but the problem I don't have a mobile, and even if I had I couldn't afford to stay conected thru my network because it's expensive

What I want is to buy a mobile with an infrared port and conect it to my computer to browse my site and to test the site and the downloads (midi files, ringtone files, logos, images). Can I do this ?, and if yes what mobile do you think I'll need to buy. I was thinking on Nokia 6310 but this has no suport poliphonic ringtones (midi)
... so I need an advice ..
Tha second thing I want to ask you is to try to acces the site I made for wap, from all wap browsers it's working but somebody told me that from his mobile it's not
