How to set up IP address

I cannot send MMS but i can recieve MMS, wonder how to get the setting for the IP address, DNS address USER ID, and PASSWORD...
How to set my MMS correctly, i've tried to replace everynow and then the settings and yet i still receive the same error like "ERROR SENDING FAILED"

try going to the sony ericsson website and using there mms setup.
just go through it and it will sms the settings to your phone.
also post some more details ie country,phone what network you are on
bit hard to give ip address etc without know networks etc

I already tried everything my network already sent me the MMS settings and yet i still do receive same old ERROR sending failed, i wonder what is really wrong. I also went to Sony ericsson website and tried to set my MMS yet still the same, help me...

Have you contacted your service provider and asked them to activate GPRS and MMS on your account?

yes i already did contact my provider and they gaveme same old instruction, i can receive but i cannot send, always "ERROR SENDING FAILED"
