Storing numbers from call list??

Is it possible to store numbers in the memory without manually writing them down first from the call list? Also is it possible to store the number of the sender of a text message?

If u go on add contact and go into a numeric field, press options key and it gives u a list of all the numbers u have dialled or received calls from in a list and u can just click on it and it puts it in the field.

Thanks, options key doesn't seem to do much but pressing and holding the joystick in brings up that menu.
