sweet it is. i think this is not the p800 crusher, nokia have not released that yet and by all means get the phone when it comes out. you're not a SE hardcore cult member are you? me i will definitely get it along with other new stuff nokia will release like the stand alone cam. way much better than the mca line and i do not need to spend cash on a separate flash for it which to me is very lame.

I like the look of it, its inspired by t68, which is maybe why.
I question how long GSM has now in the market place & i still think my P800 could be the last GSM phone i buy, so if thats out for xmas (which it looks like) then it coincides with my view that GSM has only untill end of 2003 before 3G starts to filter in, & when it takes off it will happen VERY fast in the UK. so i think that phone is to late.

design looks like a SX1 from siemens, i think nokia copied the design from them. it looks ugly, like a grenade. and the features are about the same as p800, maybe the screen colours won over p800.

nokia did not copy or inspire the 6600's design from any SE phone. why would the no.1 maker copy from a company in the gutter. now that's stupid and they also did not release yet the p800 killer.

At this time, the only possible P800 killer is BenQ P30.
Don't try to compare P800 and 6600 because they target different people for different use. P800 for professional users, and 6600 for power users who like to listen MP3 and send Email and MMS.
If SE wants to compete with 6600 they have to sell a 'P200' powered by Symbian.
That's all.

Futures most of the time has improvments over the present
so its not a fair compare.
Compare phones that are out.
When 6600 is out then check what
got and compare with that.
I agree 6600 looks like it's gonna be a nice phone
but
might have an even better phone released when 6600 is released you never know.

I'm not a really big SE user, I use phone that no matter what the name are. SE are getting better after sony gets in, nokia dont need any other to be better. Sony are known to have a good device with overprice tag with it.
I use SE since it just ericsson name. from T10, T28, T68 n P800
I use nokia since 6110, 9110, 6310i, 7650 n 9210i
Samsung T100 (the color are unbelievable)
now I only use 7650, 9210i, t100 and p800.
I would say I'm geeting rid my P800 while the price is still high, heck...i probably keep only my 9210i n another camera phone (either 7650 or 6600, P800 camera sucks) n getting my self a new CDMA phone from japan for the 3G.

SE for proffesional use ..... damn dude, I cant even use this phone to edit any of my presentation or work. I can only use it to bluejack (cool!), mp3, games (most of the sw are). I used my 9210i for my work. It got fax, excel, word, powerpoint.
