Using Dial Up for internet (WAP & Email)

I use T-mobile in the US and I would like use wap and email without using GPRS (its not avalible) or without using T-zones.

I have a dial up internet providor can I use it to for wap/email

Also if I set pop up on my phone will it actually download the messages and erase them off the server? I am not sure I can use IMAP because my server requires SSL.

The phone only downloads copies of the messages so the originals remain to be picked up by your PC.
You should be able to send and receive your email using a GSM data account.
